Question Sticking on pockets

I am about to embark on a "lets get stoned on the glue" mission on my new drysuit. The old dampbag has finally bitten the dust after i managed to pick up a practially brand new ottery thingy for £50 (yes £50, was MTM for a bloke, and somehow fits me with my 26inch inside leg...... ).

However, it has no pockets on it. I have been donated one DIR Zone pocket, and the old suit has my original two still stuck to it, no amount of tugging, pulling, hot water or even a knife seems to want to make them let go. Testament to the glue (two part "Alpha" s 5001 A if you must know) and my sticking abilities.....

So to the point. I know i have the right pockets. I know i have the right glue. I know, more or less, where i want to stick them, on the sides of the thighs....

Question is, how high up do i want to stick them?
