I've looked for a thread on this but can't find one.

I've fancied removing the protectors on my HP and primary hoses on a number of occasions (took the others off long ago) however, I've kept these on because these are the hoses that get most movement underwater (S-Drill and Gas Check).

I want to take them all off - I love that ethnic cheap look. What do you think?
