Is "Fitness for Divers" a useful book? Or will a general fitness plan be just as benefical?
After painful calf cramps at 10m I have decided to develop a better approach to my fitness to dive. This was "only" in 10m of water but I couldn't use my leg at all. I would like to go to Mexico and Florida one day, so I would prefer this didn't happen in a cave!
