I just thinking about lifetime of first stages. If this o-ring is not interchangeable then lifetime will be probably shorter than classic regs without swivel. I never serviced DST/MK19/MK25, just FST and DS4 and 2nd stages - it's why I'm asking.
In near till I will buy few new 1st regs for stage bottles and I not decided to stay with DS4/MK17 or go to MK19/MK25/DST.

Yes they are replaceable
AFAIA the turret o-ring is included in the Apeks 1st stage kit, I will have to wait till I get home to check, although a google should bring up the answer you are looking for.
As far as the MK25 goes I only ever did a couple of those, and I can't remember what is in the kit, but I would imagine they are.
The o-rings are dynamic, and as such they will wear, and start to allow gas to escape (fizzy bubbles coming from the top on DST), so one would assume they are in the kit.
The Apeks 1st kits are all the same, so the turret o-ring is just not installed on the DS4.
