| One of the guys I was in Scapa with swears by the following and has been out in big seas and not had an issue when he would have thrown up before.
2in of root ginger
Bottle of ginger beer
Peel and cut ginger root
Put into liquidiser/blender with ginger beer
Liquidise until smooth
Seive out of the solids
Pour into bottle
Drink!
