It'll fall off.
Bostik 2402 or the two pack contact adhesive they sell in chandlers for repairing RIBS (usually advertised as hypalon adhesive) is the stuff you want. DON'T use Aquasure or anything like that. Clean both surfaces with a safe solvent (choose wisely...), depending on the surfaces it may need roughing a little to provide a key. Put the pocket in place, draw round with some french chalk. Mix the glue and apply a layer to both surfaces (inside the chalk line). Let it dry. Apply another layer. Let it dry(ish). Then push the pocket in place. It's contact glue so it will stick instantly, getting it wrong means a LOT of cleaning. Press it down with some sort of roller, end of a screwdriver handle, etc., to get a good surface contact. Leave it 24hrs and that's it.

Empty suit. It's contact glue so it sticks where it touches. If you're wearing the suit then you'll cock it up and you only get one shot.
Good luck.
