Unhappy Arm is getting wet
I realise there will be some smart answers

I dived two weeks ago and again yesterday and each time I am getting a wet arm, I have a DUI suit with high profile shoulder dump.

How do I remove the dump it doesn't seem to move

and yes I already know what DUI stands for
