I sent it back to Otter. The boots/socks cost £75 including fitting. Postage was about £18 for me to send to them and £9 for them to send back. They did forget to include the boots, but as I was at LIDS the next weekend I was able to pick a pair up without much hassle.
I didn't get charged for a pressure test, I'm not sure if that's normal or because it was included in the total work (new zip, replacement of wrist and neck seals as well as the boots).
