Survey sheets and compasses

Finally remembered to sort out the survey compass last night:

I did a survey dive in cave-2 and the principle is that by making the pencil and compass one item underwater then it's easier to manage taking the survey points, entering the data and keeping moving. The pencil just pulls out of the cable ties so you can stow it separately.

Does anyone have any of the DIR-Mexico survey sheets? I thought I'd got one but couldn't find it. I think it would be good if we could standardise on a format. Clare suggested printing them onto waterproof laser printer labels and then you can literally stick them into your wetnotes.

Or alternatively what does everyone else do for survey data?

Thanks
Al
