| lol, ok agreed on no zipper there then... the name can be a bit confusing.
Just align the groove and the notch and pinch together all along the zip. Pinch every half inch, and do one more lap once done to make sure. You should feel the groove and the notch engage together, and you can even hear them "click" sometimes. A bit of warm soapy water may make the job easier.
And now be careful not to punch holes in your dry gloves, because you would flood the whole suit... that is the big downside of zip gloves as compared to ring systems, or even dry gloves with their own seals.
