I didn't know that. Thanks for the info and the good link. In this case of course, as they say at the end of the article, there appears to be no reason at all to buy a 300 bar manifold, other than the fact that they look a bit more robust and that your male DINS on the regs will go all the way into the female DIN on the manifold. 300bar is a little heavier so you will have a bit more weight near your head.
