Snorkkeli.net - Sukellusta Yli Maailman Rajojen!, it's mostly in Finnish so if you'd
need help, I can create a post for you. I can also ask couple of friends (they live close to
Helsinki area) whether they know any divers at your area.
I know there are quite many DIR-minded divers in Helsinki area, not sure how often they travel to Turku, though. Also John Kendall, GUE trainer, has visited Finland and might be able to
help you out with dive buddy contacts.
