DIR Explorers - View Single Post - How do new ideas and latest thinking get incorporated in DIR?

I have been reading with much interest the thread about Ratio Deco and Computers.

I guess this discussion could, a few years ago, have been about Nitrox, or Trimix or drysuits or any other enhancement to diving.

So how do new ideas get incorporated ? Is it just when JJ himself decides? Is there a "panel" of experts? Do GI3's views still count?
