Your fluid levels should be up back to normal within a day or two at the most.
Red-bloodcell count and "blood-plates" (correct english term?) will take a bit longer. Would have to look it up.

But I would be interested in how long any possible effects of the drop in red bloodcell count would be, if any.
Would there be any deco related restrictions once the fluid level is back to normal?
