I recently aquired a Tekna Xtra Edge knife for mounting on the goodman handle. Typically, its mounted on the inside,bottom part of the handle, where the palm goes.

After looking at it for a while, I thought that mounting it on the top portion, where the back of the hand is, might be a little cleaner. How are you all doing it?

How are you getting the proper tension so that it doesn't swing out unintentionally. I considered a small O-ring, maybe airspool sized, to crush between the knife and handle. I think that it might produce the required friction.

If its any help, I'm using a Halcyon 10w adjustable lighthead.
