Hi Jerry,

it's funny that the only replies about nutritionalists in London come from 2 guys living in Asia

Sport is running and cycling. The problem I have is that when my weight drops below about 75kg, I often display mild cold symptoms - runny nose, sneezing etc. This is not over-training - I've been there and know how that feels.

One theory I've heard from a doctor is that the body often stores toxins and other crap in body fat when it can't effectively handle it. If you start burning off this fat, it gets released again and can affect the immune system.

I'm basically trying to see what supplements I can add to my diet or what other dietary changes I can make to minimise this.

Best,
John.
