If all I had on me was like a 4.5" Halcyon bag with LP connector, then I would keep a drysuit inflator hose on my reg / left post and run it down the left side of my body (in front of the wing) and store it under the waist band. This way it's trapped and can't get anywhere, but is easily accessible and re-stowable.
