Well what do you say after that week - the weather gods just for a change smiled favourably upon us. We moved tons of kit between various boats, vans, quay sides etc.

The site is remote and relies on good weather and good tides to dive her, we managed to get some great video, and equally great stills.

There is still much to do, including studying all aspects of the footage and of course the stills, all of this may yet yield more clues as to the ships identity.

What a great team everybody without exception worked hard to ensure success. We had some ups and downs which were to be expected, we learnt a huge amount, and will continue to learn and improve. It was really good to see an international team working toward a common goal.

None of this would have been possible without the assistance of Grahame Knott - Skipper extraordinaire, David Wallace - Gas supplies, and compressor, and Casey McKinlay HMI lights.

Okay, so what next, eventually this wreck may reveal its secrets, it was even suggested that we need to do the same again next year - well watch this space

Regards

Andy
