| Thank you DIR-UK I would also like to extend my thanks to all involved and for making me feel so integrated and at home, and especially Andy for organizing this and inviting me over. Thanks to all who lent me lots of gear; bottles, regs etc. I thoroughly enjoyed myself during the 2 days I was over. I believe that participating in projects / expeditions of this sort is a great way to complement ones training with real world diving experience – I highly recommend you all to take hold of future opportunities; or better yet create new opportunities J Best, Ricardo PS1: All the moaning and complaining that the British go on about, because of the local bad weather conditions is just bulls***. I got more sun burned during these last 3 days than during the 2 weeks in Mexico :-) I think it’s just their way of trying to keep “foreigners” out of their diving spots ;-) PS2: Let me just repeat my invitation, and kindly encourage you to RyanAir your way into Portugal to enjoy some beautiful and unspoiled local caves (http://www.entrada.tv/Projectos/BDGrutas/Alviela/Visitas/V060624/Video/ALV_060624_H.wmv) ;-) |
