FYI, I didn't really explain Triple Touch freestyle. After you finish your pull and go into the arm recovery, life your elbow high and touch your hip, then your shoulder, then your head with your fingertip as your arm moves forward, then reach out in front before hand re-entry. Again, keep the head still, roll the torso. The more you are on your side, the easier it is to do this drill and keep your elbow up high.
