Obviously both are a little on the bulk side if they're not really needed. It's a big vessel, but there's presumably a limit to how much "delicate" stuff we can bring.
I'd be happy to lend a set of doubles - I've got nothing particularly useful in my third set, so it could be dumped and filled. Probably can't help much with the rest of the spare dive kit.
In terms of the boards, a plastic chopping board will probably be as cheap and sturdy as anything else and the normal size available from Tesco (and presumably other supermarkets) is a little bigger than A4. We've used them in the club for marshalling boards as we found that "wooden" type ones seem to delaminate and normal plastic ones are pretty fragile. Attaching a clip to them is a bit of a pain, but if I remember the NAS boards correctly, there wasn't a clip and we just used tape.

You sound like the expert on Plastic chopping boards - can U buy 4 and get a receipt, we will add to the cost of everything and then split.
A projector/screen would not be a bad idea, or a small TV perhaps?, any volunteers.
