I had a similar issue when I bought one of those weights, V / P which ever they are, can't remember which set I tried them on I have a set with Agir bands and a set with Highland Mills bands.
In the end I went for a different option and decided on a tail weight and the smaller V weights which just slot in between the cylinders. |
