It just so happens that i had this problem last year and after loads of research i got in touch with Oceanic who used to make the gloves.
They sell a repair and maintenance kit for a tenner with loads of replacement o rings, glue, patches, lube etc. which all come in a cool screw together type cannister. They also sell the broken rings of which i bought the last 2 i think. If you are really struggling with this Mark i couls send the tool to you in a jiffy bag. The job is still a major pain up the arse though ( i broke the hinge on my back gate in frustration last time i swapped mine over)

I have had a search all over their website but can't find the number for Oceanic but the fellas were really helpful and knew xactly what i was talking about.

HTH

Neil
