Dump valves on wings aren't one-way valves so you're bound to get some water in when, under water, opening the valve to dump air - it's perfectly normal!

After diving, just open the corrugated hose dump valve and put some sweet water in, slosh around and dump through both valves to get rid of salt crystals.
