Hi. I have an Agir 38 wing. When I exit the water the wing has a lot of water in it. Is this common?

I guess its because of my poor gasdumping skills =) What is the best practice here? I use the inflatorhose for dumping only when going down, once down I try to use the dumpvalve only.
