For me it's a question of using Viton or EPDM, Viton self-ignites at 100 degree higher then EPDM (so it's safer) but Viton contains flour and seems to break apart easily so I'm leaning towards EPDM because temperatures can reach up to 500 degress and i would rather not get a dose of flourgas when one of those viton o-rings oxidizes..
