I have only seen the outside of the gloves here so don't know what the inside looks like where the O-rings and glove sit. Is it anything like the Ro-Lock gloves? If so, you can download the fitting instructions I re-wrote here.

Alternatively see this link on YD by Dave Crampton who has some pictures which might be able to help.
