I am not sure if you misunderstood my question or i don't understand your answer, but as far as i know the oxygen window has to do with shaping deco curves, gas choices and partial pressures and has nothing to do with the effects of exercise on gas transfer? Just to clarify i wan't to know if there is any scientific articles that looks at a hyposis like this "running 5 km each week makes your lungs more effective at transferring gas".
