I have size 9 feet (UK) and I think I have size "ML" on the boots.
You want the boots as small as you can get em (so that they still fit obviously) in my opinion to minimize the number of layers of sock you need

I do believe it's possible to trace the outline of your foot in regular socks and send this to DUI with a custom-sized suit, so you might want to look into that.
