Hi Ian.

Your kit is fine for DIR F - it's probably compliant with Tech 1 requirements too - illustrative that you have been looking in to it for some time.

Check that your drysuit and undersuit give you the range of movement you need to shutdown. (especially after your op)

Couple of small things. You will not need any CO2 DSMB - we don't carry back up blobs anyway.

I'm not familiar with your torch but if it is a belt mounted cannister umbilical light with a goodman handle - it will do for GUE cave/tech training.

You do not require a torch for DIR F - although if you have a suitable light it makes sense to wear it.
Thanks for the info Clare and John,

One of the main reasons I changed to the Otter Telescopic was specifically for extra range of movement it gives me with regards to shutdowns, along with losing my old Weezle Extreme (restricted movement) and replacing with the Xerotherm Arctic. Advice about the CO2 DSMB duly noted.

The torch is belt mounted umbilical, but in a protective holder that slips over the webbing. Goodman handle being sorted today, so long as the Dartford Bridge clears the accident mess currently on there.

But the battery is not a cannister as per the salvo's or halcyons:

Thanks,

Ian
