The trimix tables which appeared in the manuals i.e. the ones which were for a gas within a certain range rather than for a specific gas, were produced by Dr RW Hamilton using DCAP. I would imagine the nitrox tables of the same vintage were also by Bill Hamilton.

The new tables are VPM based.
