| Ian, sorry but you did say "Rebreathers just aren't safe" that is completely different to you not wanting to go down the RB route.
I don't want to go down the RB route but I have no issues with them and the people that use them, I have buddied with RB divers and have never had any issues with it.
Anyway lets move on. I am not trimix qualified although the trimix route is something I would eventually like to move on to, not for deeper dives but continue with my current dives of less than 40-45m but remembering what I saw when I was down there.
I do have two sets of 12's as like you I think it takes the gas issues out of a weekends diving. |
