I just had a look on google and found this place which looks promising - SCUBA diving equipment sales, servicing and repairs in Krabi, Thailand

Obviously being a Halcyon dealership does not automatically make them DIR/GUE friendly but they do have a link to GUE on their website which is probably a good sign.
