I've tried them. They are a little scary tbh, as they are stick as hell, and there's no taking the things off without solvent from the manufacturer (seriously) or a long soak in the bath ( I can vouch that this works too
).
they are fiddly to put on, and you get once chance to get it right, or have a useless piece of plastic stuck to the side of your unmentionable until your next bath
However, they do the job once they are on. They are far more secure than normal catheter condoms.
The price, however, at about £7 each, hurts about as much as taking them off
