I was wondering what reference depths most people are using in the UK for Deco-OTF.
In the warm waters of the Med where I learnt this stuff we used 45m.
In the freezing waters of the Baltic we shortened it, sometimes as much as to 35m.
What`s the normal practice here?
Thanks

'Set point' (1:1) 45m. if its cold, we take more clothing (400grms suit, dry-gloves...etc) and shorten the exposure time.
