that's silly, how do they cope with 232 bar valves on a 207 bar cylinder?

its the job of the filler to check the stampings on the neck of cylinder and fill as appropriate, they have a right to not fill if they suspect that a cylinder is dangerous (understandably), but simply having a 300 bar valve on a 232 bar cylinder shouldn't cause any issues.
