That's the manual. I found it quite useful, although I did end up with the pockets slightly too low (but only about 1")

I used three coats - the first covered the whole area to be glued, the second and third were 1" bands with an X.

I used Bostik 2402 from Lomo Wetsuits

I ended up using about 1/4 of the pot per pocket - and get a couple of cheap brushes to apply with, it makes life much easier.
