Stoney doe a two part glue - dunlop 2 part for a tenner. They stick RHIBs together with it.. nuff said.
when I did mine, I did the same as gareth, two coats on, then a final one and left til tacky - then attach. I used as much glue as I could spare per pocket. around the edge, then a big X across the middle.
